Profits from the Festival go to the Esseham Music Charity to support the Charity’s purpose helping young people under the age of 25 within the defined geographical area to realise their classical music capabilities with grants towards buying instruments, music, and tuition. Young musicians awarded grants in 2017 will be attending the 2018 LMF to play and learn from our professional musicians. The Festival seeks to reach the widest possible number of audiences across the community, to keep ticket prices at an affordable level, to offer free events to enable access for all and to involve children and young musicians as part of the programme.
