OUR NEW GREEN Work on the new playing surface is still expected to start in the week beginning 4th April and to take about two weeks. New green marking will be measured out and we are informed that, with the narrower run of the bowls on the new surface, our 40 metre square green will be able to support 8 rinks, rather than the 6 rinks we use at present.
