Bentworth CC is looking for new players for the 2016 season. We play in the Hampshire County Division 4, which offers competitive cricket at a reasonable standard. Matches take place on Saturday afternoons from mid May through to the end of August. Our picturesque home ground has a ne wicket, teas are always a highlight for home and visiting teams as is a visit to The Sun for post match celebrations or commiserations! Medstead Bowls Club

OUR NEW GREEN Work on the new playing surface is still expected to start in the week beginning 4th April and to take about two weeks. New green marking will be measured out and we are informed that, with the narrower run of the bowls on the new surface, our 40 metre square green will be able to support 8 rinks, rather than the 6 rinks we use at present. The order we have placed includes new green edging and banks but the old ditch liners will be cleaned and re-used. ...
